Returns Policy

At Heritage Soccer Kits, we stand behind the quality of every jersey, sweater, and kit we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

📦 Returns & Fulfillment Address: All returns must be shipped to our fulfilment partner ShipCalm at 2882 Whiptail Loop, Ste 150, Carlsbad, CA 92010. Do not return items to any other address. You'll receive the return label instructions via email after contacting our support team.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet these requirements before processing refunds.

What Can Be Returned

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Jerseys, sweaters, sweatshirts, and hoodies in unworn condition
  • Items with original tags and packaging intact
  • Products that are free from odors, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized jerseys (names, numbers added)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
  2. We'll respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging when possible
  4. Include your return authorization number in the package
  5. Ship the package to our fulfillment centre: ShipCalm, 2882 Whiptail Loop, Ste 150, Carlsbad, CA 92010

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
