Free Shipping on All Orders
At Heritage Soccer Kits, we're proud to offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Whether you're ordering a single jersey or outfitting your entire team, shipping is always free within the United States.
Delivery Area
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer shipping to international destinations, U.S. territories, or military APO/FPO addresses. All orders must have a valid U.S. street address for delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak seasons—such as World Cup tournaments or the start of soccer season—processing times may extend to 2-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
📦 Fulfillment & Shipping Location: All Heritage Soccer Kits orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner warehouse operated by ShipCalm, located at 2882 Whiptail Loop, Ste 150, Carlsbad, CA 92010. ShipCalm is a professional third-party logistics (3PL) provider ensuring fast, reliable fulfilment of every order.
Delivery Times
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes:
- 3-5 business days for most U.S. locations
- 5-7 business days for remote or rural areas
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier volume, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely. The carrier selected for your shipment depends on your location and the size of your order. All shipments include tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account on our website and accessing your order history.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com or call +1 (213) 582-5594 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.
In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your order or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@heritagesoccerkits.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
